Born october 11, 1915 and died March 26, 2001 in wichita, falls, ks.
son of: thomas g. and vara thomas williams

 taken from his obiturary in the cadiz record it is noted that cullen joined the u.s. military services in 1940.  After retiring in 1961 from extensive military service overseas and on the home front he made his home in wichita falls.
