Goodwin Funeral Home conducted graveside services for Joe Hazel Bush Cunningham,
71, of Hopkinsville, on Tuesday, January 30, 2007, at 1 p.m. at the Siloam
Cemetery in Trigg County.
Rev. James Shuck officiated at the services. Burial followed in the cemetery.
Mrs. Cunningham died on Sunday, January 28, 2007, at 12:46 p.m., at Jennie
Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, of an apparent Heart Attack.
Mrs. Cunningham was born on July 14, 1935, in Trigg County. She was the daughter
of the late William Amos “Stub” and Irene Louise Bullock Bush.
Mrs. Cunningham was retired from International Shoe Factory with 28 years
of service; was currently employed with Hunan Restaurant in Hopkinsville
as Hostess; and was a member of the Maple Grove Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Lola Lane.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Alfred “Pee Wee” Cunningham of
Hopkinsville; a brother, Don Bush of Hopkinsville; and two sisters, Annie
Huddleston and Carolyn Rogers, both of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers were Mark Quarles, Josh Fritz, Kenneth Allen, Matthew
Lane, Mike Lane, Ricky P’Pool, and Tony Lane.
