CALVIN E (WOODY) YATESCalvin E. (Woody) Yates, 51, of 315 W. Tennessee St., Evansville, died at 1 a.m. Saturday at Beebe, Ark.
He was a truck driver for Signal Truck Lines and a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by three sisters, Imogene Spencer and Joyce Fisher, both of Xenia, Ohio, and Opal Moore of Henderson; one brother Albert Yates of Henderson.
Friends may call at noon today at Tapp Funeral Home, where services will be at 1:30 Monday. The Rev. Rollie Stone will officiate. Burial will be on Mount Zion Cemetery.

Mary Florence Yates, 78, of 912 Merritt Drive died at 12:15 p.m. Sunday at Redbanks Nursing Home.
She is survived by her husband, Ed; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Tapp Funeral Home with the Rev. D. M. Price officiating. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Melvin Harris, Charles Shelton, Steve Stone, Raymond Bowley, Hugh Westfield and Donald Abbott.

SALLIE YATESSallie Yates, 86, of 708 O'Grady St., died at her home at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
She is serviced by two sons, Morris Yates of Henderson and Walter C. Yates of Louisville: three grandchildren, three step-grandchildren.
Arrangements are pending at Tapp Funeral Home.
