Elsie Oakley WOODRING, 82, of 721 Third St. died at 11:55 p.m. Friday at Community Methodist Hospital.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Francis (Gertrude) UTLEY of Radcliff; one son, Hayden of Evansville; one sister, Mrs. George RAWLINGS of Henderson; seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Tapp Funeral Home with the Rev. Lyman Smith Allen officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Garden.

MARYLAND W. WOODRINGMaryland W. Woodring, 72, of 607 Fifth St. died at 11 p.m. Tuesday at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
He is survived by his wife, Nannie; two daughters, Betty Jean Tucker of Henderson and Mary L. Sandefur of Austin, Tex.; three brothers, Grant of Illinois, Charles H. (Collie) of Louisville and Lynn Ray of Henderson; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Finley Baptist Church with the Rev. Dale Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
