VIRGIL "WHITEY" WHITED
Private graveside services for Virgil "Whitey" Whited, 84, Cadiz, will be at 11 am. Saturday at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev Irvin Darnall officiating.A native of Greenfield, Ohio, he was born Nov. 7, 1913, the son of the late Samuel Harrison and Stella Mae McDonald Whited. He was an instructor for the Air Force and was a World War II Navy veteran. He was a 50 year member of the Cadiz Masonic Lodge and a member of the Cadiz Rotary Club.
Survivors include his wife Maria Whited, a brother, Dean Whited, Franklin, Tenn., and a sister, Oleta Priest, Florida.
