DIES AT RIPE OLD AGE
Formerly Lived In Trigg But Died At Home of Vernon White At
Cobb
TISHA BAKER WALL
MRS. TISHA WALL, a most excellent and a former resident of Wallonia, Trigg county, died Tuesday at the home of
Vernon White in Cobb, Caldwell county.
She was past eighty years of age. For many years she has resided at the home of her son in law, Thomas L. Amoss, in Princeton. Mrs. Amoss, deceased, was a daughter, and Mrs. Sammie Pitt, of Clarksville, was another daughter.
Mrs. Wall was a Miss Baker before her marriage, and her husband the late Sam Wall, died during the Civil War of
measles contracted while fighting for the Southern Confederacy. He was lieutenant of his company.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon the Christian church in Wallonia and burial followed at the Wall grave yard near by on the farm now owned by John H. White. Cadiz Record - Date Unknown
