Mrs Lucy KENNEDY, a resident of Trigg county, died at her home near Wallonia, Monday morning after an illness of only a few days.
Mrs Kennedy was 73 years of age last March. She was a member of the Blue Spring Church.
Those surviving are two brothers, J.R. WATKINS of Centralia, Ill; Will WATKINS of Marshall County; 5 children, Claude BOURNE of Centralia, Ill; Durward Lewis, Albert KENNEDY, and Mrs George P'POOL all of Trigg County.
Funeral services were held at Mt Zion Church by Brother Noel. Burial was in Mt Zion Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Durwood Kennedy, Claude Bourne, Albert Kennedy, Carloss Kennedy, Paul Watkins and Lonnie P'Pool. Jan 06, 1944

Dr. T. Marshall Kennedy, age 42 years. He located here 3 years ago, and by strict attention to business he built up a good practice.
He never refused to visit the sick, and he made his calls promptly and regularly. He wore the gray and championed the Lost Cause, and I trust his spirit is in heaven, mingling with the brave heroes who sacrificed their lives in defense of Southern rights. May God comfort the afflicted widow, and "Temper the wind to the shorn lamb:. Rev. Van Lynn preached his funeral, and he was interred in Rev. Calvin Meacham's grave
yard.

THELMA MITCHELL KENNEDYThelma Mitchell Kennedy, 58, Cadiz, died at 9:38 a.m. Thursday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center following a long illness
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Revs. Harold Greenfield and Shoney Oliver oficiating. Burial will be in Caldwell Blue Spring Cemetery.
A native of Caldwell county, she was born March 21, 1940, the daughter of the late William Ashford and Rosie Mae Reddick Mitchell. She was a nurse and was a member of the Caldwell Blue Spring Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband the Rev. Wade Kennedy, two sons, Fred and Barron Kennedy, both of Equality, Ill.; a daughter Laura Salcido, Cadiz, three sisters, Mae Olover and Charolette Mitchell, both of Princeton, Paulette Mitchell, Atlanta; and seven grandchildren.

Twin Daughter Dead
Caused By Cholera Infantum After Few Hours Illness
A little twin daughter of Mr. W. H. Kennedy, aged nine months and sixteen days died at the home of its parents six miles east of the city, Monday afternoon of cholera infantum,. The child was taken ill at 8 o'clock the night before, and grew rapidly worse until relieved by death eighteen hours afterwards. The parents have the sympathy of a host of friends int heir bereavement. The body was laid to rest in the Summers burying ground, five miles west of the city, yesterday morning.
