CADIZ, KY --- Services for Jimmie (King) Hyde, 59, of Cadiz will be at 2 p.m. today at the Goodwin Funeral Home. The Revs. Don Pippin and Wayne Knoth will officate. Burial will be in Caldwell Blue Springs Cemetery in Caldwell County.
Mr. Hyde died at 10:35 a.m. Saturday (April 26) at Trigg County Hospital.
He was an inspector for Johnson Controls Inc. for 30 years and a farmer. Mr. Hyde was a member of Caldwell Blue Springs Baptiat Church and was involved with local horse shows.
Surviving are his wife, Ruby Williams Hyde; his mother, Addie King Hyde Mathis of Trigg County; four sons, David Hyde, Rex Hyde and James Hyde of Trigg County and Paul Hyde of Caldwell County; one daughter, Rene Hyde Hall of Trigg County; three brothers, Wallace Hyde, Jackie Hyde and Bobby Hyde of Trigg County; one sister, Nancy (Hyde) Fox of Trigg County; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceeded in death by his father, Wallace Woodrow Hyde.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until the funeral hour today at the funeral home.
