HAYNES
W. D. HAYNESHEBBARDSVILLE - W. D. HAYES, 66, of Hebbardsville, died at 7 a.m. Sunday at Community Methodist Hospital. A veteran of World War II, he served in the E. S. Army and was a member Bethel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline; one daughter, Gloria STAPLES of Lawrenceburg; one son, Jerry HAYES of Henderson County; one brother, Tanner HAYES of Hebbardsville; two sisters, Mary V. HiICKS of Owensboro and Lula WOOD of Henderson; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home with the Rev. James Simmins officiating. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Truman Newman. Pete Barnett, Harold Gilmore, Ellis Pouchiere and Harry Allen Hayed.
