DURWARD GRESHAM
Durward Gresham, 81, Cerulean, died at 7:01
this morning, Feb. 29, 2000, at Jennie Stuart
Medical Center following a brief illness.Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hughart and
Beard Funeral Home, Hopkinsville. Burial will be
in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4
until 8 p.m. Wednesday.A native of Christian County, he was born July 13,
1918, the son of the late Otho Collins and Lilly
Hyacinch Henderson Gresham. He was a farmer
and a member of the Sinking Fork Christian
Church. His wife, Mary Stewart Gresham, died in
1999.Survivors include four sons, George Gresham,
Hopkinsville, Carey, Tony and Alan Gresham, all
of Cerulean; a daughter, Beth Woodruff,
Petersburg, Va.; a brother, Otho Harold Gresham,
Hopkinsville; 10 grandchildren and 12
great-grandchildren.
