CHARLES M. FLOYD
CORYDON - Charles M. "Dock" Floyd, 75, of Corydon died at 12:50 p.m. Thursday at Community Methodist Hospital. He was a member of Cairo Missionary Baptist Church and was an employee of Swift and Co., in Evansville for 37 years.
He is survived by his wife, Alyne of Evansville; sister, Delia Hawkins of Evansville; a brother, Fred Floyd of Henderson; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements are pending at Tapp Funeral Home.

EMILY FLOYDEmily Floyd, 41, of 668 Seventh St. died at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday at Community Methodist Hospital. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Annie Cosby; three sisters, Thelma Burton and Hattie Hickerson, both of Henderson and Marie Cosby of Chicago; two brothers, Willie Stevenson of Chicago and Alfred Cosby of Henderson; two aunts, nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church with the rev. Anthony Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Fernwood.
Friends may call after 9 a.m. today at Gains Funeral Home.
