FEIX
Clarence J.A. Feix, 98, Henderson, died at 1:19 a.m. Wednesday at Community Methodist Hospital.
He was the oldest member of Zion United Church of Christ, where he served on the Administrative Board, had been a Boy
Scout leader for many years and was a greeter and bell ringer for decades.
He was the oldest member of Jerusalem Masonic Lodge No. 9 F & A.M., a member of the Rizpah Shrine Temple in
Madisonville and the Woodmen of The World. He was a co-owner of Feix Sheet Metal Co. until it was sold in the 1970s.
Survivors include one daughter, Ann Louise James of Andrews, Texas; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and four nephews, including Malcolm Farley, George Farley and Al J. Feix, all of Henderson.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion United Church of Christ. The Rev. J. Bennett Guess will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday at Tapp Funeral Home in Henderson.
Masonic services will be conducted by Jerusalem Masonic Lodge No. 9 F & A.M. at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
