AMY MCCLURE DUNCANAmy McClure Duncan, 78, of Dixie died at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday.
She is survived by her husband the Rev. Russell Duncan; one daughter, Mrs. Donald Walther of Dixie; three granddaughters, Nancy Wilkerson of Columbia, Barbara Mobley of Kenner, La., and Lenn Walter of Dixie; one sister, Ruth Vozarth of Tucson, Ariz.; one brother, George H, McClure of Dixie.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Tapp Funeral Home with burial in Shady Grove Cemetery at Poole. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today.

Clarence "Sonny" Duncan Jr., 38, of 129 Mill St. died at 2:05 a.m. Tuesday in Suburban Hospital in Louisville.
Surviving are his wife, Sarah; a daughter, Lisa of Henderson; his mother, Juanita Duncan, of Henderson; three sisters, Shirley Stone, Marcella Powell and Jeanette Duncan, all of Henderson; two brothers Donald and David Duncan, both of Henderson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Bennett Memorial Methodist Church with the Rev. Harry Spurrier officiating. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
Friends may call at Tapp Funeral Home after 2 p.m. today. The family will at the funeral home 2-4 and from 7-9 today and Thursday.
Memorial may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.

He is survived by his wife, Beula; four daughters, Karen STEWART, Dorothy Jean BUCHANAN, Virginia BREDWELLl, all of Morganfield, and Christine WEBBER of Sturgas; four stepdaughters, Virginia BEAN, Kay HUDSON, both of Sturgis, Margaret BANULL of Arcadia, Fla., and Joy HOGUE of Pompano Beach, Fla.; one son, Elmer Duncan of Tennessee; four stepsons, William H. SHIELDS of Henderson, Edwin SHIELDS of Madisonville, Wilbur Troy SSHIELDS of Beachmont and Dr. Jerry A. SHIELDS of Philadelphia, Penn.; one sister, Leora PROCTOR, Evansville; one brother Laz DUNCAN of Pride.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Whitsell's Funeral Home in Morganfield. Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery.

KENNETH DUNCANLITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Kenneth R. Duncan, 37 of Little Rock, formerly of Webster, County, died at 1 p.m. Saturday in Little Rock Baptist Medical Center after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife, Mae Grady Duncan; one son, Michael Duncan; three stepsons, Charles Moore bad Larry Massey of Little Rock and Kent Massey of Stockton, Calif.; two step-daughters, Deborah Melarogno if Mentor-on- the Lake, Ohio, and Deana Dillard of Stockton; his father, Lola Spurgon Duncan of Sebree; four sisters, Grace Melton and Dorothy Hickman of Henderson and Joyce Davenport of Sebree and Virginia Ann McDonald of Dixon; three brothers, Carl R. Duncan if Coral Gables, Fla., Spurgeon Duncan Jr., of Thousand Oaks, Calif., and Gordan R. Duncan of fountain Valley, Calif.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with burial in old Cedar Grove Cemetery.
