CARRIE A. DEASON

Carrie Alice Cansler Deason, 82, Greenville Road, died at noon Saturday, May 6, 2000, at Pinecrest Manor of natural causes.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home, Crofton, with the Rev. Dwight Brown officiating. Burial will be in Ridgetop Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight.

A native of Christian County, she was born Dec. 20, 1917, the daughter of the late Lawson and Ollie Alexander. She was a cafeteria worker at Christian County High School and was a member of the Independent General Baptist Church, Crofton. A son, Michael Cansler, preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Danny (Patricia) Willis, Hopkinsville; a sister, Mary Prince, Crofton; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.



CORDELIA MAE DEASON

Elkton Ky. Cordelia Mae Deason, 93, Nashville, Tenn, and formerly of Todd County, died at 12:15 p.m. friday at Cheatham County Health Service Center in Ashland City Tenn., following a long illness.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Mount Taor Cemetery, with the Rev. Ron Noffsinger officiating.
A native of Todd county, she was born March 2, 1905, daughter of the late Joe Duncan and willie Mae Phipps Davis. Her husband, Wallace Asbury Deason, died in 1936 and a son, Dorris Neal Deason died in 1987.
Servivors include a daughter, Sylvia Morris, Nashville, one sister, Mary Elizabeth Morgan, Evansville, Ind., five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.



DONALD MARION DEASON

Elkton, KY.--Donald Marion Deason, 43, of Elkton, died at 12:30 p.m.
Saturday at his home of an apparent heart attack.
Services will be at 11a.m. Thursday at Latham Funeral Home.
A native of Todd County, he was born Feb 17, 1940, the son of the late
Raymond Sr and Mable Latham Deason. A construction worker, he was a member
of Bethel United Methodist Church, Russelville.
Survivors include a son, Tony Deason, Elkton; two daughters, Donna Coffman
and Angie Bradshaw, both of Elkton; seven brothers, Arvil R. and Paul W.
Deason, both of Lewisburg, Roger D. Deason, Elkton, Rev. Raymond Deason,
Jr., Russelville, James W. and Gary N. Deason, both of Waynesville, IL, and
Warner C. Deason of Hopkinsville; five sisters, Wanda Gilkey and Irene
Rogers, both of Hopkinsville, Janice Blankenship, Waynesville, Joyce Deason,
Pembroke, and Mary Ackernecht, Martinez, GA.; two grandchildren.
