BONDS
JOHN K. BONDSJohn K. BONDS 79, former Paducah druggist died suddenly at his home in the Floral apartments at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Death was due to a cerebral hemorrhage. Mr. Bonds was well known in Paducah having been engaged in the drug business
for more than 40 years. After retiring from the drug business, he served as county probation officer for eight years under the late Judge James M. Lang.
Mr. Bonds, a native of McCracken County was united in marriage to Miss Sue CHRISTMAN, of Cincinnati, Ohio in 1890. His wife died here Jul 10 1932.
Surviving him are three sisters, Mrs. AUSTIN OWEN, 521
Madison, Mrs. T.J. MOSS and Mrs. FRANCES E. POLK of the county, two daughters, Miss May PRATT BONDS and
Mrs. W.R. ETHRIDGE, and one grand daughter, MARY SUE ETHRIDGE, JOHN W. POLK is a nephew.
The body was removed to the Roth Funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Thursday morning at the Roth chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery.Paducah - 1933
