Third Trigg Countian Killed In Action
This week the third known casualty to Trigg Service Personnel was reported officially when last Wednesday Mrs Ollie BLAND of this county received a wire from the War Department stating her son, Private First Class Smith BLAND had been killed in action in Northern France on last July 27.
Further details could not be obtained on the death of this man. Probably a letter with more information will be received and if so will be published in these columns.
