Robert Leeper, Jr. b. 1759 South Carolina -- d. 25 Jan. 1823 Livingston Co., Ky.
He married Jean Neel 1783 in SC daughter of Col. Thomas Neel and Jean Spratt.
She was born 28 Feb. 1766 and died 3 May 1850 in Ky.
He was buried at Old Fredonia Cemetery, Caldwell Co., Ky.

Colonel Thomas Neel of the Battle of Kings Mountain fame. Col. Neel and all of his sons died during the Revolutionary War.
