Adair Woford (center), a senior at Caldwell County High School, has been selected to receive the Daughters
of the American Revolution (DAR) Good Citizen Award. The award was presented at CCHS Wednesday by
Lucy Stevens (left) and Marty Presler of the Gen. John Caldwell Chapter of the DAR. Woford was selected
by the senior class for demonstrating dependability, service, leadership and patriotism, reconized by the DAR
as qualities of good citizenship. She is the daughter of Scott and Kim Woford. By winning the award, she becomes eligible for the DAR Good Citizens scolarship contest.
